Project Description

Savvy fans of LMB Interiors will recognize parts of this project. This gorgeous, stately Spanish Mediterranean has always been one of our favorites. A decade ago, we were invited in to give the living room and dining room life, most notably with the extraordinary hand-tooled Moroccan chandelier. Plus that all-wood wine cellar!

In 2020, we were invited to return, to refresh paint colors, art, fixtures, and furnishings, as well as to work with amazing colleagues on a design-build that included a full kitchen remodel, plus re-visioning interior doors and archways, and turning a previously unused basement into a multi-suite guest area with bedrooms and bathrooms, a dining area and den, and a sauna.

We love how newer parts of the home seamlessly integrate with the original architectural elements; the present and the past merged in a space of utility for modern life while maintaining the grace and beauty of an earlier time.
