Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe

Health is happiness! We like to start our day with this nutritious, delicious green smoothie recipe, and many of you have asked how we make it. It’s easy — and habit forming!

You’ll need a blender with a strong motor — we use a BlendTec, and, be sure to use organic ingredients whenever you can. Feel free to improvise and make your own green smoothie recipe from your own favorite fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Water
  • Ice
  • Apples
  • Cucumbers
  • Kale
  • Bok choy
  • Broccoli stalks
  • Avocado

Substitute:

  • Pears (or your fruit of choice)
  • Spinach
  • Chard
  • Parsley

Optional:

  • Mint
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger
